Who we are
Vann is a construction materials ordering and delivery service for contractors in Florida, USA. Vann is operated by Nitzan Bertele, an Authorized Dealer (VAT no. 25698697) at Lessin St 29, Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel (“Vann”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@vann-tech.com.
Pilot service
Vann is an early pilot. You may run into errors, delays, or changes. We may modify, limit, or suspend the service at any time.
Eligibility
The service is for business customers aged 18 or older. We currently deliver only in Florida, USA.
How it works
You send us an order through our portal or chat. We source the materials from suppliers, and independent drivers purchase and deliver them. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you about a substitute or a change.
Prices and payment
Prices, fees, and taxes are confirmed with you before your order is placed. Payment terms are confirmed at the same time.
Delivery and problems
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your order on delivery and tell us about any problem as soon as possible. We resolve issues case by case.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, make sure someone can receive the delivery at a safe and accessible site, and use the service lawfully.
SMS messages
If you consent, we send text messages about your active orders only, as described on our SMS Consent page. Message frequency varies with your order activity. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
