What we collect

Your name, company, email, and mobile number; delivery addresses; order details and history; messages you send us through the portal, chat, or SMS; and basic usage and device data from our website and portal.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, give support, keep the service secure, and improve it. We also use it where the law requires.

SMS

If you consent, we use your mobile number to text you about your active orders only. No marketing messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with: suppliers and independent drivers, to fill and deliver your order (for example, delivery address and a contact for the delivery); service providers that run our platform, such as hosting, database, messaging, and automation tools, under obligations to protect your data; authorities, when the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (Oregon).

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for orders, accounting, and legal obligations. If you leave Vann, we stop texting you.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop SMS (reply STOP to any message), by writing to support@vann-tech.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Vann is for business customers aged 18 and older.
