Our History

Starting with the maiden voyage of LPG/C Havfrost in 1966, we have been engaged in the development of highly sophisticated gas carriers, comprising one of the world first fully refrigerated LPG carrier, the worlds first LNG Carrier with spherical tanks, and the worlds first combined Ethylene/LPG/Chemical Carrier with stainless steel tanks, to name a few.

It has been a history of constant product development in close corporation with leading Norwegian ship owners, always searching for new solutions to serve the global gas and chemical shipping markets. 

Our Business

Our business is now to make our experience available to the shipyards in the Philippines

With the thrust Norwegian ship owners have in their 20.000 + Filipino seafarers now being employed, one should expect that they will look for more business in the country, including newbuildings.

Leif Hoegh has already taken delivery of 4 car carriers from Cebu and one may expect  more to come.

  Who We Are

We are a group of dedicated Norwegian and Filipino engineers, now established in Manila. Since 1999, we have been working for Hamworthy Gas Systems with LPG Cargo Handling Systems.  We have also been working as plant engineers for San Miguel Corporation and as designer of waste water treatment systems for EEC Global Operation LLC.
